Water has always been a contention througout the Valley. The Liberal Democrats have always use the control of water to punish the conservatives that live mostly in the valley and produce the food to feed the nation. They cut the water supply so that Mexico and South America can sell their veggies to California. You can sure see and taste the lower quality of the imported food from other Nations compared to those grown in California. We have plenty of water, it is just a political device to control farmers, drive up prices, please the State Department and try to keep the liberals voted in, like Fienstein, Boxer, et al.. Like they are doing California a favor, what Bunch of Bull.
