Environmental Consumption Is The Largest Feb 27, 2010
If the enviros are applauding, then they have not given up enough. Environmental consumption IS the LARGEST allocation of water in the state. They do not pay for this water, the farmers pay every year.
The anti-growth agenda is squeezing the farmer, not the developer nor the municipalities growing without water contracts. If you are a farmer, you can not plant on maybe & might. Pick a higher number , say 25%, and just deliver it. | |
