5% Water and Salmon

You're assuming that if farmers get a 30-40% water allocation the Salmon are going to get scared and die or what? Where is the common sense. This is so ridiculous. As it is now the feds are saying Westside farmers are going to get 5%-30% which is along the lines of what DiFi proposed. Just because farmers are going to get a minimal allocation DOES NOT mean that the Salmon are goners. We have gone through two years of pumping restrictions with no benift to the fish whatsoever. In fact they are worse off now then when we started. The delta has has many problems, if your not willing to look at the WHOLE picture then the fish are goners no matter how much water Westside growers get! DiFi can see through the whole "sky is falling" routine that the eco-nazis employ.
