The HSR project is a waste of money and there is NO WAY the feds will pick up 60-70% of the tab. Its another brown presumption, just like presuming his tax will pass , but if they are going to spend money on it, then the Senators are correct. PLAN B, spending it on L.A. and the Bay Area is the wisest choice, because atleast the money goes to something. if it starts in the central valley, it goes to a ghost train, a ghost track than doesnt go anywhere and carries no people without the feds paying over 60 billion on top of their 3.3 billion they have given so far.
so no on HSR, yes on PLAN B.....
