No on HSR Jul 02, 2012

I would be pleasantly surprised if the HSR vote goes down to defeat or they pull it from consideration. The leadership will definitely twist some arms to get its way. It's a terrible plan with moving targets, a nebulus business and will drain money from badly needed transportation projects. Governor Brown, you want to cut aid to the poor, health care, state parks, and will gut education if voters reject your tax plan in the fall. Why are you so willing to spend billions on a rail system that the vast majority of people say they will never or rarely ever take. It's a subsidy to business travelers. Shame on you Governor Brown.
