Voters don't trust Sacramento. After the high speed rail fiasco, they are trusted even less, if that's possible. That's why they are suspicious they will lose this pork-filled water bond proposal.

Few things are more important to the State's future than an uncluttered water bond vote. These loopy liberals have no shame !
