Californians: Think of that $380 million as our police and fire departments are being decimated because there is no money; when libraries remain closed because there is no money; when public swimming pools stand dry in 100 degree heat because there is no money; when paramedics don't come to disasters because there is no money. There is a price to be paid for electing foolish politicians and Californians are paying it.
