CEQA has its good points, but gets used too often to file nusiance lawsuits by extremists who simply hate all human progress.Ever notice how the majority party in Sacramento gives special exemptions for its political allies, just for projects with union strings attached? This is just the kind of nonsense Prop 32 will bring an end to. If you want clean reforms that benefit everyone, and not just the special interests, support Prop 32 this November, and clean up Sacramento politics.
