Sensing the public was growing tired of his antics with the civil servants, Governor Blockhead begins the apple polishing phase of his government career. Knowing he’s complete failure as California’s leader, Governor Blockhead hopes to get out of town soon and get a plumb environmental appointment with the Obama Administration. Then he won’t have to worry about making budgets, dealing with manhood issues and putting up with hot dusty back water towns.
