Water is a very hugh commodity and more valuable than gold! Watch for you Feb water bill coming soon to have a hugh increase, and who is suffering..the Farmers! I guess the Senators think its 'cheaper' to have produce, meat etc shipped into the USA then to let the farmers have water. In the meantime, is anyone watching the once.. you must NOT spray pesticide on any produce? Yet the grocery stores are full of produce from Chile, Mexico and other countries..do you think they follow 'our' rules? We have got to vote these people out of office and vote in those who will work for us, AMERICANS.
