Whats different from thirty years ago? Gee lets see, oh yeah its the massive population growth!
So hey what could fix this? Well how bout that. More hydro projects, the very kind that makes the enviro whackadoodles soil themselves.
But you know we can just keep living in fantasy land and the water fairy will fix all of our worries.
I've got a clue for all the Caliloons out there, real drought is a matter of when not if.
