You must understand this complex battlefront you are engaged in. The Sierra Club first found how to steal from rural American back in the 80's under the fake endangered spotted owl. With court case rubber stamped by a Judge whole logging towns were closed down. The tax base lost and resident move on.

During the 90's Ted Turner sponsor events for lawyers to learn how to protect the environment. Millions of Dollars flowing in each and every year to these powerful environmental groups like NRDC, Sierra Club, Center for the Biological Diversity, etc. With what I believe was pay back for supporting President Clinton an Executive order was signed and put into effect. Environmental groups can sue the Federal government to protect endangered species and win or lose the Government pays their bills. At a rate of $450 an hour. That is what you are fighting. These people don't care about the Delta smelt this is all about greed, corruption, finical strangling, and killing rural America.

What you have to do is fight them back on different terms. Pressure your State legislators to exempt your whole state of the abuses of Endangered species act under the 10 amendment of the US Constitution. You have to educated the voting public of the abuses of these environmental groups. It is happening all over America the same groups using the Endangered Species Act like the spotted owl, the Fake Lynx hair case, the grizzle bear, the wolves, the round nose sucker fish, the ivory bill woodpecker, the Mexican spotted owl, the locust minnow, the delta smelt doesn't matter the animal bird or fish the goal is greedy lawyers becoming rich off fake endangered species.

I am sure many of your reader were fool by these people in the past and your ignore the cries for help when it was some one else small rural town under attack. But now that you are being burned you are waking up to powerful truth. The environmental groups of America have been taken over by far left wing extremist that real goal is to kill off small towns.

Welcome to the battle front. Understand what you are fighting, understand the Main Stream media is full of reporters and editors that fully support this far left wing extremist views, understand they are flooding your schools with propaganda brain washing your children, your University are full of professors preaching save the minnows over people.

It is time for a grand awakening of real Americans to stand up against the abuses of the far left wing extremist that use the Federal courts to rubber stamping this agenda of forcing Americans out of work.

Put the pressure on at the Federal level demand the ESA be revise so farmers, ranchers, loggers have the right to make a living. Demand a freeze on all endangered species law suit for 10 years during that 10 years the whole ESA has to revised, put pressure on state representatives to stand up to the Federal courts under the 10 amendment.

Do nothing and the radical far left wing extremist will gladly put you out of business.
